We are Microsoft Purview and Defender Specialist with over 15-years experience delivering enterprise-scale information governance and cloud security solutions for global organisations and public sector.  We enjoy taking the time to understand your needs and translating them into technical capabilities.  We know the pains and costs that non-compliance can bring and truly believe that with our support your M365 environment will be protected, governed and monitored, making you AI ready and giving you the internal protection that will stand up against risks and regulatory inspection.

Anisha Ali — Director for Business Services
I lead the customer experience, business relationships and delivery operations. I enjoy working closely with customers, understanding their goals and building long-term partnerships. At IDS, we don’t just hand over and walk away; we pride ourselves by growing with our customers.
 
With 20+ years in Records Management and Information Compliance in a demanding, public-facing environments, I understand the pressures of protecting sensitive data, meeting SLAs and evidencing every action to remain compliant with GDPR and other regulations. As a Quality Management graduate, I champion “right-first-time” delivery: finding inefficiencies, simplifying processes and building ways of working that are clear, humane and auditable.
 
I understand the frustration many organisations feel with Microsoft 365, especially when in-house capacity is limited. Too often the need to strengthen data-security posture is overlooked; and for those who do prioritise it, the aim is to do so cost-effectively while unlocking more value from the Microsoft 365 tenant they already own. At IDS, we make the journey approachable and pragmatic, so outcomes show up in day-to-day work, not just in documentation.
 
Outside work, I reset through wellness and family time, bringing that same clarity and perspective back to the teams and customers I support.

I’ve always been drawn to the moments where people, process and technology finally click. Over the years, I kept seeing the same pattern: organisations investing in Microsoft 365 yet struggling to turn security and compliance into everyday habits that help people do their best work. Policies existed; outcomes didn’t.
 
My philosophy is effective security is not just about tools, but about alignment. By fostering collaboration between Security, Legal and IT teams, ensuring compliance programs are not only technically sound but also support business agility and long-term growth.
 
With over 15 years of experience delivering enterprise-scale information governance and cloud security solutions for global organisations and the public sector.  As a recognised Microsoft Purview Subject Matter Expert (SME), I specialise in transforming complex regulatory requirements.
 
I am instrumental in designing our product mindset, packaging what works into enablement and building tools like AlertFusion365, an advanced Microsoft Purview Data Loss Prevention (DLP) alert and incident management platform. My passion is practical progress: turning “we should” into “we did”. IDS exists to help teams feel in control, leaders trust the numbers and organisations become safer without slowing down the work that matters.
 
How do I unplug – I enjoy spending time with my family having fun and creating memories, cooking, going for long walks in the countryside, travelling and chilling with my instruments (Bass Guitar, Drums or Keyboard) playing along to Jazz, Gospel, RnB and Worship songs.
